A Cozy Retreat with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the location and the modern amenities, but the breakfast service fell short. The cooked options were excessive, leading to waste. I recommend asking for smaller portions and request options in advance to avoid disappointment.

The King Room we stayed in offered a spacious layout that felt welcoming. Conveniently located near the main attractions, making it easy to explore local sights.
Unfortunately, the hotel had significant cleanliness issues, highlighted by a foreign object found in our bed, which left us concerned about housekeeping standards. The dated room decor, with window glue running down the bathroom, and threadbare carpets made it feel neglected. Breakfast timing created issues for us. served at 9 AM, it was too late for our early commitments, leaving us scrambling for food elsewhere. We expected better given the hotel's position as a popular stay during major events like Crufts.
